Club Rides From May through September, members of the Halifax Scooter Council meet at Vespa Halifax at 2pm on Saturdays for the group ride. Here’ s the 2007 Ride Schedule, also posted on the www.halifaxscootercouncil.com website, or stop in at the shop to flip through the paper schedule. Thursday nights are coffee nights, Saturdays are group rides, and the last Sunday of each month is a long ride. Need to put on some miles? Then these will be the rides for you. We all had a lot of fun last season with the Passport to Fun. This was much like a real passport but you keep it with you on your scoot and for every scheduled club event you attend, you get a stamp. At the Passport Party there were $250 prizes awarded to Shehab Illyas for Most Kilometers and
to Megan McCarthy for Most Rides.
